Advantage: Uninterrupted analysis even when experimental hardwares flicker.
The imaging hardwares sometimes flicker momentarily, which corrupts a few particle images among the large number
of the particle images that are totally acquired. Such corrupt images usually result into empty 3D particle fields
and empty velocity vector fields and, thus, they need to be identified manually and be removed before being fed to
a PTV software. FtrPTV-3D, however, handles such corrupted images automatically.
